You do realize that REAL taxi drivers have to pay over $100 / day and don’t make any money until they make that plus their gas. What you guys are doing is wrong, illegal and not cool or funny. If you get caught your car can be impounded and you will be fined. Stealing fares from real taxi’s is NOT a taxi angel it is theft.

You may think this is a cool and inventive way to make money or even just meet cool people, but what you are doing is illegal. You are devaluing the services of licensed taxi drivers who serve San Francisco. I am disappointed to see the disdain you express for real taxi drivers. Instead of taking food out of our mouths, why not help to connect licensed taxi drivers to customers who need rides?
